Yinuoc operates as an independent online fashion retailer. We are not a marketplace and do not act as an intermediary for third-party sellers unless explicitly stated.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Customers in Germany have a statutory withdrawal right of 14 calendar days according to applicable German consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

During this period, you may withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Yinuoc does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
